Bilingual Spanish-Speaking Sales Representative - Cricket Wireless

Responsibilities: - Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right wireless products and services in Spanish. - Educate customers on available plans, features, and devices, ensuring they understand their options. - Actively listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions, providing an exceptional customer experience. - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including activating new lines, upgrading devices, and handling payments. - Meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of wireless products, services, promotions, and industry trends. - Proactively follow up with customers to build relationships, address inquiries, and resolve any concerns. - Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment. - Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.

Qualifications: - Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written communication skills). - Previous experience in sales, preferably in the wireless industry, is a plus. - Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle customer concerns effectively. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. - Must be authorized to work in [Country] and at least 18 years of age. - High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
