Job Summary
The Territory Manager is the direct contact between dealers/customers and Sukup Manufacturing Co. They will recruit new dealers and serve their assigned territory by attending shows and answering questions that dealers or customers may have.

High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience required. Effective communication, including writing and interpersonal skills, as well as extreme attention to detail are required. Ability to perform physical tasks as indicated in key responsibilities.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Microsoft products including Outlook, Word, and Excel

Job Duties
- Calling on and supporting Sukup dealers in the territory; persuading them to use more Sukup products
- Promote Sukup equipment through dealer calls, trade shows, dealer open houses, etc.
- Prepare sales quotes on Sukup Office computer software
- Recruiting new dealers
- Assisting with overdue account collections as needed.
- Working with Distribution Center Managers to serve territory
- Reporting information from territory to sales management including competitor sales/pricing info.
- Pull trailer with product to dealer/show locations as needed
- Setting up, working, and tearing down farm show booth spaces
- Forecasting sales volume; work with Sales management and Distribution Center to develop and increase sales
- Forecast sales for area by product line.
- May need to fill in at warehouses when managers are not available.
- Prepare sales expense and daily reports on computer and turn in weekly.
- Overnight travel required
- Prioritize and manage time, appointments, and travel independently
- Assisting dealers/company with service issues within the territory. Some technical, mechanical hands-on work (installation/service) will be required.
- Promoting Sukup products/sales
- Preparing and presenting power point presentations to potential customers
- Log sales calls and dealer information daily/weekly.
- Attending Sukup sales meetings and training sessions
- Attending Sukup sales incentive trips
- Maintain, service, and license Sukup vehicle
- Normal travel expenses provided (meals, motels, vehicle expenses, etc.)
- Other duties as assigned
