The ideal candidate will have experience handling contract disputes , employment disputes , and shareholder / derivative actions . This is a hybrid position based in Dallas, Texas , and candidates must be licensed to practice law in the state of Texas. We are looking for a dedicated professional who values teamwork, and work-life balance, and has a strong commitment to achieving results for clients.
Compensation & Benefits :
- Base salary starting at $150,000 , commensurate with experience.
- Billable hour requirement of approximately 1,600 hours annually.
- Quarterly bonuses for exceeding billable hour targets.
