We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Graduate Assistant - Strength and Conditioning.
Responsibilities:
The graduate assistant will work closely with the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach to coordinate strength and conditioning workouts, plan and implement workout routines, and schedule practices. They will also be responsible for monitoring all workouts and providing support to student-athletes. Additionally, they will assist with supervising student-athletes during workouts and ensuring their safety.
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, applicants must be enrolled in a graduate program at Sul Ross State University and have experience in collegiate level coaching or training. A bachelor's degree in a related field is also required. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in sport management, kinesiology, or a related field.
