Job Title : Borderlands Research Institute Student Worker Location : Alpine Department : Borderlands Research Institute Posting Date : 10 / 27 / 2023 Until Filled : Yes Salary : $9.50 / hr for 19 hours per week Required : Ability to use a personal computer for basic reporting, documentation, and developing presentations, Strong work ethic, Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines, Must be willing to work independently and as part of a team, GPA of 2.5 or greater Staffing Reason : Institutional Primary Responsibilities : Duties include, but are not limited to : filing documents; imputing data into various spreadsheets. database platforms, etc… ; updating donor addresses in Donor Perfect; getting trained to assist students with completing travel authorization forms; organize and maintain BRI office space and furnishings; maintain updated stock of BRI publications in hallway kiosk; become a knowledgeable user of the SRSU Directory; assist with preparing bulk mailings; and assist with assembling publications and equipment for events. Must be a full-time enrolled student in good academic standing with SRSU. Work hours not to exceed 19 hours / week.
