Responsibilities:
The graduate assistant will assist the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach in coordinating strength and conditioning workouts, planning and implementing workout routines, and scheduling practices. They will also be responsible for monitoring all workouts and providing support to student-athletes. Additionally, they will assist with supervising student-athletes during workouts and ensuring their safety.
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, applicants must be enrolled in a graduate program at Sul Ross State University and have experience in collegiate level coaching or training. A bachelor's degree in a related field is also required. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in sport management, kinesiology, or a related field.
