Education Required / preferred : Currently attending SRSU; graduate student standing with 2.75 GPA
Equipment / Skills Required : Proficient in computer skills including Excel and word processing.
Must be eligible for Federal Work Study funding

Primary Responsibilities :
Function : Performs varied tasks relating to data collection and reports; provides skilled secretarial assistance; assist students.
Duties : This position is non-teaching that will include but not limited to the following duties : assisting department chair, administrative assistant and students with program needs. Excellent computer skills; ability to use editing software; greet and assist walk-in students. Will be expected to hold 15 office hours per week. (Flexible schedule)
Other duties that occur depending on need including but are not limited to : research, compiling data, creating graphs and charts related to the department needs.
All other duties as assigned unique to the department. Responsible for personal safety and the safety of others. This position is security sensitive.

The report also contains information about crime statistics for the three most recent calendar years concerning reported crimes that occurred on campus; in On-Campus Student Housing Facilities; in Noncampus buildings or property owned or controlled by the University or a recognized student organization; and on public property within, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from, the campus.
