Professional Service Advisor for Sullivan Cadillac in Ocala Florida
Greeting customers in the service department in a professional manner
Listening to customer problems and writing up repair orders in the service drive
Advise customers regarding costs of repairs and confirming repair estimates
Suggesting additional repairs or maintenance as needed
Understanding the vehicle warranties and ensure all policies are followed
Discussing needed work with technicians and explaining it clearly to customers
Valid Florida Drivers license and clean driving record
