This is a full-time on-site role for a BDC (Business Development Center) Agent located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The BDC Agent will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer calls, setting appointments, following up with customers, and maintaining customer records. The role involves providing excellent customer service, answering inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The BDC Agent will also collaborate with sales and service teams to coordinate customer needs and support sales goals.
