Responsible for all aspects of the estimating process. Collaborate with subcontractors, clients, and suppliers. Prepare conceptual budgets and estimating from pre-construction, concept design, schematic design, and design development documents. Perform detailed take-offs of all trades. Initiate and oversee entire bid process. Coordinate with vendors, engineers, architects, clients, and subcontractors and communicate deliverables and procurement schedules. Ensure accurate and proper submissions and proposals by all subcontractors. Level subcontractor bid proposals for accuracy and scope gaps. Prepare scope of work documentation by division. Attend and lead subcontractor calls and meetings and conduct site visits as needed.
Requires Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering and 24 months experience as an Estimator.
