Career and Tech. - Esthetician Instructor
Anticipated Opening 2025-2026 in Sullivan County Board of Cooperative Educational Services.
Term of Employment:
10 Month Contract.
Reports to:
Career & Tech Building Principal.
Typical Work Activities:
- Deliver classroom instruction, project-based learning, and hands-on skills training to prepare students for college and career readiness in electrical trades.
- Maintain effective communication with parents, teachers, school counselors, and other stakeholders involved in student education.
- Enforce discipline in the classroom and work sites.
- Monitor student academic progress, including grades, attendance, and hands-on performance skills.
- Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and accommodations for students with diverse learning needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in electrical trades.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the CTE Principal.
Preferred Experience:
3-5 years of experience as an Esthetician.
Minimum Qualifications:
- NYS Esthetician license.
- Eligibility for esthetics 7-12 Career & Technical Education certification.
