We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Specialist to support and optimize our IT systems and processes, ensuring seamless collaboration across business units.

Position Summary

The Integration Specialist will design, implement, and maintain system integration solutions that align with the company’s operational and strategic goals. This role is pivotal in connecting various software applications, hardware systems, and data workflows to enhance organizational efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Systems Integration :
  • Analyze current systems and identify integration requirements.
  • Design and develop custom solutions to ensure seamless communication between platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, logistics systems, etc.).
  • Implement middleware and APIs to enable system interoperability.
  • Project Collaboration :
  • Work with internal departments, vendors, and IT teams to understand integration needs.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance during the implementation of new systems and upgrades.
  • Document integration processes, workflows, and technical configurations.
  • Troubleshooting and Optimization :
  • Monitor integration processes for performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system integration issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure data integrity and security during integration processes.
  • Training and Support :
  • Develop and deliver training materials for end-users on integrated systems.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for integration solutions.

Qualifications

Education and Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in system integration, IT infrastructure, or a related role.
  • Experience with integration tools and technologies such as APIs, ETL processes, and middleware solutions.
  • Technical Skills :

  • Proficiency in programming / scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, or C#).
  • Knowledge of database systems (SQL, NoSQL).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and logistics software.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and system automation tools is a plus.
  • Soft Skills :

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines and prioritize tasks.
