Job Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled, detail-oriented leader to join our team as a Pastry Lead at Sullivan Family Kitchen. The ideal candidate will exhibit leadership traits and help to manage a shift.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee team production by helping to keep team members on track with their daily work and assist when needed.

· Oversee pastry projects ensuring correct amount of items are being produced, packed and delivered.

· Handle inventory and vendor order writing responsibilities.

· Safely handle physical tasks, including lifting 30-50 lbs. and maintaining stamina throughout the shift.

· Uphold strict adherence to safety and sanitation protocols.

Available shifts:

· AM Shifts 6:00 am – 2:30 pm

· Overnight Shifts 8:00 pm – 4:30 am

· Monday – Sunday (5 workdays)

· Full-Time. Full-Time positions require open availability.

Qualifications:

· Prior Pastry/Baking experience is a prerequisite

· Prior supervisory role preferred

· Minimum age requirement: 18 years.

· High school diploma or equivalent is a prerequisite.

· Previous experience in pastry preparation is preferred.

· Tuberculosis (TB) Clearance is mandatory.

· Adherence to all company policies and requirements is essential.
