Well, thats rare were hiring for a Meat Manager at Sullivan's Foods in Freeport, Illinois.
People visit the meat department for their grilling needs, Sunday brunch, or to celebrate important moments of their life holidays, anniversaries, retirements, birthdays and everything in between! From helping find the perfect beef cut to the freshest seafood to enhance that special meal, you can truly make a difference in the lives of our guests!
As the Meat Department Manager, you can expect to :
- Lead a REMARKABLE team to ensure the sales floor is filled with products and guests are satisfied with our high quality offerings and services.
- Offer samples to our guests and encourage them to add additional items to their shopping carts to help contribute to department sales goals!
- Practice good food safety and follow general workplace safety procedures to ensure were a safe place to work and shop!
- Assist team members with their job duties to include preparing products, stocking products, organizing the cooler and freezer, maintaining inventory levels and department cleanliness!
- Have fun at work and build friendships that will last a lifetime!
The Meat Department Manager position in our store is an incredibly rewarding position that comes with a great deal of responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring our guests have a remarkable shopping experience and that our team members feel valued while meeting department goals!
