- Maintain various KPI metric spreadsheets.
- Coordinate trade shows, booth rentals, and samples.
- Coordinate and maintain incoming and outgoing samples to customers.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop compelling presentations and materials.
- Monitor sales data and generate reports to track performance and identify trends.

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
- A proactive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- Previous experience in a home decor, seasonal or gift industry is a plus!
