Patient Checkout Associate needed for an OB / GYN specialty medical office for full-time employment.
Duties include, but not limited to, checking patients out and collecting money, answering and transferring calls, scheduling appointments, scanning and printing medical records, back up for check-in, etc.
The candidate must be reliable, dependable, able to multi-task, possess excellent telephone and computer skills, and provide exceptional customer service.
Summary
As a Patient Checkout Associate, you will be integral to ensure smooth and efficient patient experience in a medical office setting. Reporting directly to the office manager, your role will focus on customer service, utilizing your medical office experience to assist patients with their checkout process. Strong computer skills will be essential for managing patient records and processing payments accurately. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide compassionate support will enhance patient satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of our healthcare team.
