• Become an expert in DOT regulations and prepare international shipping documentation like a pro.
• Engage carriers to secure cost-effective and timely delivery arrangements.
• Handle claims for transit-damaged goods, keeping your communication lines open and clear.
• Build Pick and Pack Lists from sales and production instructions to orchestrate flawless deliveries.
• Itemize shipments in the Bill of Lading, ensuring every item is accounted for and ready to go.
• Scout for competitive shipping rates to provide informed quotes and solutions to your sales team.
• Navigate the logistics of truck load scheduling and facilitate comprehensive customs documentation.

What You Bring

• High School Diploma plus no less than five years of relevant experience required.
• International freight knowledge or export certification is preferred.
• The ability to navigate Microsoft Office Suite and an ERP integrated environment.
• Strong problem analysis and resolution, paired with math and data processing competence.
• Ready to embrace changes, prioritize under pressure, and deliver constant reliability.
