Summary
As a Porter/Greeter at Sullivan's Auto Service & Tire Pros, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. This role is essential in upholding our commitment to exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall experience at our shop.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly as they enter the shop, creating a positive first impression.
- Shuttle customers
- Assist customers with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate service personnel.
- Manage cash handling processes efficiently, including processing payments and maintaining accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
- Provide information about services offered and help customers understand their options.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to enhance customer experience
Qualifications
- Must have a clean driving record
- Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably in an automotive or retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
