Sullivan’s Landscaping is currently accepting applications for Enhancement Crew Leader. This is a Full-Time, long-term position with year-round work. A great career opportunity for someone willing to work hard for a well-established, reputable company. Pay based on experience.
Responsibilities:
The candidate will lead our crew in a safe and responsible manner at the job sites. Candidates should have field experience and will be expected to perform landscaping duties as part of the crew. Candidates will be required to drive a truck, operate equipment, and guide and train crew members.
- Planting Flowers, Shrubs, Trees, and grass.
- Applying Fertilizers
- trimming/pruning trees and shrubs, and flower beds.
- cleaning lawn debris with rakes, shovels, and blowers
- Install new landscaping material
Qualifications:
- be able to lift 50 pounds
- be able to operate standard landscaping equipment, such as trimmers, blowers, and hedge trimmers.
- maintain a regular dependable attendance record.
- be comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions
- attend a crew leader and production meeting once a week
- address safety concerns to crew members.
- Supervise and train others on the skill and techniques to do the job.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
