Job Overview

Sullivan Tire, a leading tire and automotive service company with over 67 years of family operation, is seeking an Automotive Technician to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for performing vehicle repairs and services on customer vehicles while delivering exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mounting, dismounting, balancing, and repairing passenger and light truck tires.
  • Performing lube/oil/filter changes on domestic and foreign cars.
  • Conducting vehicle safety inspections and documenting results.
  • Diagnosing and repairing vehicles, including maintenance, brake, steering, suspension, heating, and cooling systems, alignment, and light tune-ups.
  • Providing accurate repair estimates to customers.
  • Working with store management to ensure productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction standards are met.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by adhering to safety and environmental standards.
  • Communicating with customers and sales staff about repairs needed and their value.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A technical degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with 1-3 ASE certifications.
  • A valid Driver's License is required.
