Elementary School Principal (PK-6)

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

 Serve as the instructional leader of the Sullivan West Elementary School.

 Supervise and evaluate all building staff.

 Monitor all academic progress and implement data-driven instructional practices.

 Lead academic discussions on effective pedagogical practices and student performance.

 Ensure compliance of local, state and federal laws and regulations.

 Develop organizational goals and objectives consistent with the vision, mission, and values of the District.

 Create a professional, collaborative and supportive culture for all staff, teachers, students and families.

 Facilitate research-based curriculum, instruction and learning.

 Oversee all academic scheduling, programs, services, and activities.

 Serve as a liaison between teachers, parents, and the community.

 All other duties related to the position as assigned by the Superintendent of Schools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $125,000.00 per year
