JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a candidate who will collaborate across our Provider Workforce Strategy Team with a focus on our Provider Needs Assessment (PNA) and Provider Affiliation and Optimization (PAO) consulting services. The selected candidate is expected to support PNA and PAO client engagements and team initiatives, including, conducting data analyses, presentation preparation and other activities needed to provide exceptional, responsive and high-quality client experiences.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Assist in management of the provider database for PNA clients, encompassing tasks such as structuring new engagements, uploading data files, data initiating engagement rollovers based on PNA project team instructions and defined scope.
- Assist in researching provider data for each PNA engagement.
- Complete a series of data "cleaning" protocols through "R", excel and the PNA application.
- Assist in the calculation of Stark service areas, generation of Stark maps and associated presentation materials.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the PNA methodology for calculation of supply and demand of providers in a given market.
- Analyze client and market data, including benchmarking financial and operational performance.
- Manage the request for information (RFI) process for engagements
- Initiate process to add new client users to the application
- Develop client presentation materials.
- Participate in regular team meetings to understand team and client initiatives.
- Respond to client-related requests, as appropriate.

Salary : $77,700 - $116,500
