The Sr. Manager, Data Reporting & Analytics will oversee the data methodology and analytics processes to generate data products and analytics deliverables, develop and maintain best practices for data methodologies, and focus on the growth of analytics offerings, and interfacing with external clients, functional IT teams, internal consultants across practices, and other software delivery team members. This position will lead a team of Survey Data and Reporting Analysts.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develop and implement data strategies to provide best-in-class data products and analytics that demonstrate the value of SullivanCotter's data and services
- Oversee the creation and delivery of high-quality analyses and develops and maintains best practices for statistical and data transformation methodologies, including direct supervision of data analysis in support of a variety of data products
- Ensure consistency of approach related to analysis techniques, key findings, and the development of recommendations / opportunities from clients and key stakeholders
- Develop and maintain standards and best practices for reporting process, including workflows and dashboards
- Identify and implement new approaches and methods to improve capabilities and efficiency of data analytics and product offerings
- Ensure data integrity by overseeing quality assurance practices; identify and define both process and data improvements
- Partner with stakeholders to understand data requirements and with internal and / or external resources to develop tools and services such as segmentation, modeling, dashboard development, decision aids, and business case analysis to support the organization
- Demonstrate effective client and team relationship skills
- Design and collaborate with consulting partners on survey report process and materials to advance the firm's reporting capabilities and improve accuracy of data
- Lead meetings to present analysis, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders
- Effectively communicate workload prioritization and progress to all interested parties, and ensure projects are appropriately staffed
- Hire, train, and develop all team members
- Supervise a team of Survey Data & Reporting Analysts

Reflected below is the base salary range offered for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors including but not limited to academic achievements, skills and experience. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

Salary : $130,500 - $217,500
