We are looking for an energetic and self-driven Independent Contractor Sales Representative to market and sell our diverse range of Floral, Home Décor, Seasonal, and Garden products including Woodstock Chimes. In this role, you will nurture existing client relationships and seek out new business opportunities to grow market share within your designated territory. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and addressing customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.

What you will bring :
- Sales Experience : Previous sales experience with a proven track record of results preferably in Floral, Home Décor, Seasonal and Garden or related field experience.
- Results Driven : Self-motivated and goal-oriented to achieve annual sales metrics.
- Solution-Oriented : Creative problem solving to meet the needs of the customer and the company.
- Territory Management : Adept at planning efficient and effective territory coverage to optimize call cycles.
- Product Knowledge and Presentation Skills : Develop comprehensive understanding of the Company’s products, sales materials and clearly articulate attributes and benefits to customers.
- Trade Show Attendance : Attend relevant trade shows to meet with and introduce new products to your customers.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey trend and product information as well as building positive long-term client relationships.
- Customer Service : Address customer concerns directly or facilitate responses through Customer Service team.
- Organizational Skills : Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to prioritize workflow, scheduling of client meetings, record sales activity in CRM and efficient management of day-to-day activities.
