What You'll Do
We are seeking an exceptional Lead Product Designer with a strategic mindset and a passion for user-centered design. As a key member of our founding team, you’ll shape the product vision and drive the design of impactful experiences in a fast-paced, startup environment. Experience with AI and LLM technologies is a plus, as you’ll have the opportunity to influence how advanced tech integrates with patient and doctor interactions.
- Oversee end-to-end design processes for complex product areas, balancing strategic vision with meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform healthcare challenges into elegant, user-friendly solutions.
- Work with our AI teams to explore and integrate LLM and AI technologies into our products, ensuring seamless and intuitive user experiences.
- Set high standards for design quality, consistency, and usability across our product suite.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate on solutions.
