About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist to help our customers integrate and develop advanced recommendation and predictive models using our platform. You’ll be responsible for connecting diverse data sources, experimenting with cutting-edge machine learning methods, and ensuring that our customers successfully leverage data science to meet their business goals.
As a Senior Data Scientist, you’ll work closely with a wide range of stakeholders—both internal and external—to tackle ranking and personalization challenges. You’ll also play a vital role in guiding our product direction and fostering an innovative, inclusive engineering culture.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in designing, deploying, and managing recommendation or predictive models in production
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s or PhD a plus)
- 3 years of industry experience in software engineering, data science, or solutions architecture roles
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
- Enthusiasm for solving complex problems, unblocking issues for customers, and embracing a “wear many hats” startup environment
- Solid understanding of mathematics, statistics, and algorithms
- Thrives in fast-paced, small-team settings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
