Job Summary

The Prep Cook is responsible for delivering great and friendly service. You’ll prepare products according to operational and quality standards and serve customers in a clean, fast-paced environment. You’ll work as part of a team to meet our guests’ needs and give them a reason to come back.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, assemble, and steam Sully’s world-famous Steamed Bagel Sandwiches
• Perform daily prep of ingredients to include meat and produce slicing, mixing, and baking
• Follow sanitary practices for food handling, maintain a professional appearance, and ensure the cleanliness of our dining and kitchen areas
• Follow operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws, and ordinances.
• Responsible for ensuring consistent high-quality food preparation and service.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, Google Suite).
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Capable of counting money and making change
• Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
