Adjunct faculty will be responsible for teaching a variety of undergraduate Communication courses based on enrollment numbers and departmental needs. Classes may be taught asynchronous, synchronous, or in a hybrid modality as determined by the Department.Responsible for instruction of course work within the Department of Behavioral and Social Sciences including but not limited to: Introduction to Mass Communication, Fundamentals of Communication, Public Speaking, and Interpersonal Communication. Experience teaching in an online environment with demonstrated skills using a learning management system (e.g. Blackboard) preferred.Faculty with a master's degree (unless it's a terminal degree): $850 per credit ($2,550 per3 SCH) and $500 extra stipend for classes with an enrollment of 20 students or greater.Faculty with a Ph.D. or terminal degree: $900 per credit ($2,700 per 3 SCH) and $500 extra stipend for classes with an enrollment of 20 students or greater.
