Position responsible for the installation, modification and repair of University plumbing and related systems, equipment and fixtures.Assists with plans, lay outs, and participates in and supervise plumbing work on job sites and in the shop. Estimates job labor and material costs, maintains records, requisitions materials, supplies and equipment. Must practice proper safety procedures, use personal protective devices and attend frequent safety and job training sessions. Other duties as assigned. Responsible for personal safety and the safety of others; must exercise due caution and practice safe work habits at all times.Position is Security Sensitive. After hours and weekend on-call availability required.
