We are looking for a Night Shift Assembly Pump Tester to join our FE_WIBU team in Easley, SC. This position performs pump assembly, testing and painting functions in a team environment while following quality and safety system procedures.
Your main tasks and responsibilities :
- Builds process pumps according to the bill of materials and work instructions
- Performs hydrostatic tests and pump performance tests according to the work instructions
- Paints pumps and spare parts according to the order and work instructions
- Performs all the in-process quality inspections as described in the quality plans and work instructions
- Follows quality procedures according to ISO 9001.
- Safety obligations :
All employees understand and are able to explain the structure and objectives of the SBP.
