We are looking for a Operations Manager to join our Services_AME team in United States .
Your main tasks and responsibilities :
- Manage, direct, and provide leadership to all operational aspects of assigned Service Center (capital expense, quality, cost of goods sold, and delivery)
- Supervise Cost Estimation, Project Coordination, Mfg. Eng., Production Control, all direct labor staff, Hydraulic Testing, Master Scheduling, and administrative staff.
- Work closely with the established sales network to secure volume levels laid out in budget and Mid-Range Plan.
- Participate in special studies and analyses as needed.
- Work directly with other Sulzer Service Centers to coordinate continued integration of Global Manufacturing Network in support of cost reduction programs and targets.
- Work directly with established sales network and Alliance management structure in order to secure strategic alliances that benefit and support Sulzer's Mid-Range Plan objectives
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Supports, cooperates with, and participates in company-wide safety program which includes following all safety policies and procedures.
- Supports and cooperates in company-wide Total Quality Management (TQM) effort.
- Performs other miscellaneous assignments and research projects as assigned.
- Responsible for overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of Service Center
