Your main tasks and responsibilities :
Development of repair methods, specifications, tooling, fixtures, and forms to support safe, efficient, and effective workflow for the parts and engines we service.
Develop, maintain, and revise drawings, inspection forms, repair specifications, forms, and design details for the Aero division.
Perform engineering review of planned and active projects and conduct risk assessments of our processes to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of learning and innovation
Coordinate with operations and sales teams to provide effective support for clients and internal stakeholders.
Manage special projects as required. Project schedule planning and management.
Ensure all engineering practices comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
To succeed in this role, you will need :
5 years of applicable engineering, project management experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills, Strong CAD / Modeling skills, Strong MS Office skills (Excel, MS Project, etc.), Strong customer service skills and high motivation
Highly effective time management and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects
General knowledge of aero-derivative gas turbines and related rotating equipment
Bachelor's degree in engineering
