Summary: Responsible for developing and executing a business development strategy for all wastewater process co products and all related services offered in an assigned North American regional territory. The position has direct accountability for achieving sales results by managing sales channels within the assigned territory. A significant amount of travel is required in order work closely with all sales channels to achieve sales results. The position will require teamwork and co-ordination with centrally located project engineers, project managers, service personal, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales growth targets by developing and executing a business development plan.
- Travel focuses within the assigned North American regional areas.
- Co-ordinate & conduct product training to all sales channels.
- Analyze and identify market trends and provide feedback to all support teams.
- Manage sales channel performance in order to optimize our position within the assigned territory.

Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering is preferred or a similar technical degree.
- At least 5-10 years relevant experience in the process equipment industry.
This position will cover the southeast of the United States and will require around 75% travel. Candidate must live in one of the southeast states including: Oklahoma, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Florida, Kentucky, Arkansas, or Tennessee.
We also provide a monthly car and gas allowance; the rest of the time will be remote.
