Position Overview: We are seeking a Sales Representative for our Services_AME team in Baton Rouge, LA. This role involves engaging with customers, selling Sulzer products, and developing new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with prospective and existing customers.
Sell Sulzer products and services, including technical selections.
Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
Negotiate orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
Travel for face-to-face customer interactions.
Secure and renew orders, manage logistics.
Entertain customers within budget.
Maintain sales programs and provide activity reports.
Pursue overdue invoices professionally.
Ensure Alliance customers' needs are met.
Stay informed about new products and industry trends.
Address customer complaints and ensure resolutions.
Maintain company vehicle and assets.
Foster cross-discipline relationships.
Participate in industry organizations.
Adhere to company policies and standards.
Perform other duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Sciences, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum three years’ experience in quoting, marketing, or engineering of pumps (API 610 preferred).
Excellent written, verbal, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
