POSITION: Oracle Fusion Security Engineer
POSITION TYPE: Full-Time - Hybrid
LOCATION: Dallas, TX
OVERVIEW:
As an Oracle Fusion Cloud Security Administrator, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining security standards and best practices within the Dallas County Oracle Fusion system. This role includes providing technical leadership and security-related recommendations while working closely with the business to assess and fulfill user needs in a secure and efficient manner.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following duties are performed as part of this role:

Support Oracle Cloud Security Administration: Oversee governance functions of Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud Financials systems. Provide user support, problem resolution, testing, assignment, and implementation of new security roles.

User Management and Role Provisioning: Add and manage users, provision roles, and define data access sets based on organization security policies and business-defined role matrices.

User Security and Role Management: Update and implement user security and roles in Oracle ERP Cloud, working with stakeholders to define business requirements and review Oracle Security documentation.

Audit and Review End-User Accounts: Review end-user accounts, permissions, and access rights, ensuring segregation of duties and compliance with security profiles.

Risk Advisory: Act as a security advisor, identifying risks in application configurations and providing best practice recommendations to improve system security and efficiency.

Cross-Training and Collaboration: Collaborate with other IT departments, cross-training on various responsibilities and technical focus areas.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by the department.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Oracle Fusion Cloud Security Administrator I candidate must have 1 year of experience that can be a combination of work history in (1) years of related work experience using Oracle HCM / ERP platform developing complex technical objects in accordance with the technical development standards and tools utilizing best practices and Education obtained from an accredited college our university.
- Working experience with Oracle Application Security practices.
- Oracle FUSION OIC experience is also preferred.
- The capability to create custom security reports using Oracle-delivered tools like BIP/extracts.
- Strong working experience with UNIX shell scripting.
- Working experience of UKG Workforce Central Suite and Time clocks, SplashBI Business Analytics Platform, & Oracle Hyperion Platform.
- Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing, and establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, departments, and the general public.
