Job Title: Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group Logistics Management Support
Job Description:
Sumaria requires a Journeyman Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group Logistics Support Specialist to provide life cycle logistics management support to the QF-16 Program Office.
- Support AMARG QF-16 and AFLCMC/EBYA status meetings (programmatic, financial, scheduling, and logistical); and communicate program office expectations in matters arising from Service Level Agreement (SLA)/SOW requirements.
- Revise applicable program documentation (e.g., SLA/ SOW, storage agreements, incorporating lessons learned and anticipating future requirements).
- Review AMARG cost estimates for sufficiency, to avoid overruns, and provide input to program office.
- Initiate and oversee the generation of cost estimates as required for activities that fall outside of the regeneration requirement purview; as well as collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
- Generate PWS and SOW for activities that fall outside of the SLA/SOW purview for program office/AMARG coordination.
- Monitor over and above costs; perform trend analysis, by tail number, to identify a potential threat.
- Support QF-16 withdrawal/refurbishment status data; verify the "Delivery by Lot" Report including the following data: aircraft model, aircraft serial number, aircraft project ID number, forecast delivery date, actual delivery date, lot number, customer designation (USAF or U.S. Navy as required), aircraft material and labor cost per aircraft, aircraft labor hours and the date each aircraft is inducted into the AMARG withdrawal process.
- Provide program office notification whenever the production order is changed or the designation of aircraft by customer or restricted/unrestricted is altered for any reason (in coordination with AFLCMC/WMMPB).
- Provide program office notification whenever nonrecurring tasks are required to maintain the QF-16 withdrawal or refurbishment process and assist to provide cost estimate input for these nonrecurring tasks.
- Verify costs are properly segregated for each QF-16 customer and aircraft.
- Utilize AMARGs cloud Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Maximo Software System.
Required Skills/Education:
5-years aircraft maintenance experience and at least 3-years experience in the aircraft regeneration process. Recommend familiarity with the principles, criteria, and procedures of DoDD 5000.01, DoDI 5000.01, AF Supplement 1, and other related DoD, AF, AFMC, and ACC instructions, directives, regulations, and guidance documents.
