What are the responsibilities and job description for the F-16 Senior Logistics & Program Advisor position at Sumaria Systems LLC?
Sumaria is seeking a highly motivated and qualified Program and Logistic Manager.
Job Description:
- Recommend a minimum of ten years or more of fighter/bomber, or related aircraft logistics management experience with detailed knowledge of FMS program requirements to perform assigned duties independently. Recommend flight line and/or depot maintenance experience. Recommend an extensive background in logistics management, program management, LOA case management, and other F-16 sustainment requirements.
- Shall assist to assess the overall program status monthly (i.e. queries, spares, SE, AME) ordered/delivered status, by reviewing program data bases and report any issue recommendations and findings to the Program Manager (PM) and other team members.
- Shall support country site surveys/configuration audits and program reviews and provide an after action report with recommendations for changes to the F-16 fleet, spares, SE, AME, commodities and sustainment facilities both in CONUS and OCONUS locations.
- Shall assist to coordinate with country and repair contractors to support fleet sustainment issues in the PMs absence and staff approvals to the appropriate Government office for action.
- Shall assist to maintain active configuration database identifying aircraft and commodity information supplied by weapon system contractors and those supplied by team members and country for incorporation on countrys F-16 fleet.
- Shall assist the PM and team members with oversight of modification of aircraft and/or parts both in depot, CONUS, and OCONUS locations as required.
Shall assist to maintain an aircraft related database including but not limted to spares, support equipment, alternate mission equipment, back shop assets, and selected quantities by the customer for use in sustainment of the countrys F-16 fleet.
- Shall support as a liaison with widely dispersed team members in preparing briefing slides, handouts, minutes, letters, reports and agendas. Shall assist to prepare and present briefings as required by the program office. Shall assist to prepare charts for official program reviews and present them to the F-16 customer when required.
Security Clearance Required: Must have Active SECRET.
