Position : Sr. IBM Mainframe SHAW application experience is must

Location : Mount Laurel, NJ (Hybrid)

Duration : 12 Months

10 yrs of Functional experience of IBM Mainframe SHAW application knowledge is must (Commercial Loans and Small Business loans, )

Knowledge of the Software and Project Management life cycles (SDLC / PMLC) and Agile within a formal methodology process

Fully Proficient with JIRA/JTMF

Competent with mainframe environment tools (TSO/ISPF, File Aid)

Assist to stage and condition testing data at either the account or customer level as required by each project

Assist to review functional requirements and other project documentation to complete the following in conjunction with applications BSA s on projects:

Document Requirements Traceability within group templates, Upload Requirements Traceability matrix and test cases to JIRA/JTMF

Execution of test cases within JIRA/JTMF in adherence with departments processes

Contribute to the development of the Test Plan through:

Identification of assumptions/dependencies for In Scope testing

Environment and processing needs (Inputs/Outputs, required applications, processing date overrides, etc.)

Assist Test Lead on projects as required. Duties may include, but are not limited to:

Capturing Batch requirements

Tracking and follow up of required approval requests

Participating in daily testing status calls, defect management follow up, daily reporting

Participation in project team meetings and leading working session meetings as needed

Providing subject matter expert support to other project team members through peer coaching to increase understanding of application functions as needed

Collaborate with Core Banking team to ensure that the team is kept informed of task status and that any problems and issues are escalated appropriately and clearly communicated
