Job Description:
- A lot of the work would be working with the business side, or marketing and then going back to the developers or Data Engineering team to pull data and reports Data integration
- Experience with technologies like Power BI, Python, Cognos, Data Bricks (not from a hands-on standpoint, but from project knowledge.. they need to be able to talk the talk)
- P&C Insurance would be very helpful*
- 5 years of experience in a business analysis role, 5 years working with data/reporting
- Strong organizational, time management, and project prioritization skills.
- (Recent) - Experience in an Agile environment and knowledge of Agile methodology & frameworks
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with audiences spanning from peers to executives.
- Excellent written communication skills; ability to clearly express thoughts and ideas through documentation.
- Experience with Excel, and PowerPoint
- Formal business analysis skills on project work is preferred.
- Must demonstrate the ability to analyze problems, probe facts, analyze issues and present alternative solutions.
- Insurance Industry experience preferred
- Able to work in NJ Branchville office
