Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle office tasks, and assist in ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Assist in budgeting and financial record-keeping using QuickBooks
- Handle phone systems, direct calls, and take messages
- Support medical office management tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Greet visitors and provide front desk assistance
- Help the doctor with hiring and training staff

Experience
- Proven experience in administrative roles
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience with calendar management and schedule coordination
- Knowledge of medical office management is a plus
