Account Representative

Primary Responsibilities :
- Act as assigned customer’s main point of contact, responding promptly to their inquiries.
- Represent the company’s products and services to assigned customers to meet sales goals.
- Achieve sales budgets by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
- Build strong customer relationships at all levels of the customer.
- Implement a territory action plan that meets company objectives.
- Maintain strong working relationships with customers to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities.
- Make customer appointments, organize, and conduct effective sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business.
- Prepare concise and accurate quotations, reports, forecasts, budgets and other required documentation.
- Responsible for all sales-related activities including customer meetings, coordinating internal commercial and technical discussions for customer satisfaction.

This position is an on-site position with an annual salary range from $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 depending on education and experience
