About the Role
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintains all standard operating conditions on all production-related equipment.
- Installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and modifies equipment, systems, or processes to guideline specifications.
- Performs preventative maintenance on related equipment. Alignment and calibration must conform to internal and manufactures specification and equipment standards as made available.
- Uses equipment, systems, or process knowledge to assist in the resolution of equipment, systems, or process problems.
- Develops and/or enhances equipment, process or systems and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures as necessary.
- Perform basic carpentry, wallboard installation, painting, office relocation, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing requirements.
- Maintain complete interior and exterior of the building condition.
- Responds to area alarms and works with management to confirm appropriate actions are taken.
- Maintain proper documentation records for schedule and completed maintenance activities.
Qualifications
Education and Skills Required:
Associate degree or Technical School graduate with 5 years of related experience in facility maintenance work of semiconductor wafer fabrication equipment or any equivalent combination of experience and education. Previous experience/knowledge with MS Office, Project management, HVAC, Electrical, Pipefitting and FMS needed for positions in Facilities area. Substantial knowledge of manufacturing equipment, processes, systems, Statistical Process Control techniques and computer literacy. An understanding of wastewater treatment systems and RO/DI is a plus.
Pay
This position is an on-site position with an annual salary range from $33 to $36 depending on education and experience.
