Facilities Technician - Nights

Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop a working knowledge and competence with all equipment owned by the Facilities group.
- Operate facilities related equipment via a Facilities Control and Monitoring System.
- Perform preventative maintenance and calibrations on various facilities related equipment. This includes both if not limited to make-up air handlers, chillers, chilled water support equipment, pumps, air handlers and fire protection equipment.
- Be able to troubleshoot facilities equipment and associated failures.
- Collaborate, interface and problem solve with all facilities owned systems and Fab manufacturing owners.
- Partner with other technicians and management in identifying training requirements and safety procedures assigned areas.
- Partner with Engineering and technicians on various facilities projects.
Education and Skills Required:
- Two years or more of direct experience working in the Facilities HVAC, RODI, WWT, Electrical, Chemical handling trade experience, OR
- Equivalent military training / experience with two years relevant facilities experience. OR
- Certification from an accredited trade school with a minimum of two years relevant facilities experience
- Two years or more of direct experience working in semi-conductor manufacturing or in semi-conductor tool/equipment/facilities maintenance preferred.
- An understanding and experience in complex mechanical/chemical systems such as: chiller/boiler plants, cooling water, chemical/slurry systems using a Facilities Maintenance and Control Systems. Honeywell systems preferred.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings, technical manuals and operations specifications.
- Demonstrate work performance in an environment requiring high level of attention to detail and timeliness.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a demonstrated track record.
- Shift hours are 7:00 PM. – 7:00 AM/Compressed work schedule.
If you have experience working as a Facilities Technician/Maintenance Technician we would love to see your resume. Experience in a semiconductor manufacturing a PLUS.
This position is an on-site position with an annual salary range from $30.00 to $33.00 depending on education and experience
