About the Role - Plans, organizes, and controls the activities of maintenance and repair. Responsible for production support equipment and systems. Responsible for maintaining all production equipment. Responsible for training, discipline, and leadership of site services employees.
Responsibilities - Develops and monitors facilities and maintenance programs for all facility and production equipment. Assumes budget responsibility for facility operation, including both budget development and control. Prepare and coordinate purchase requisitions necessary for the purchase of maintenance equipment, materials, and supplies. As required, prepare labor, material, time, and equipment estimates for new or refurbished equipment. Assures the meeting of standards for equipment performance and production uptime. Maintains accurate records of equipment condition and performance. Directs maintenance activities on all shifts. Checks and maintains facility equipment monitors and controls. May perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications - Bachelor Degree in related field and a minimum of ten years’ experience required or any equivalent combination of education and experience. Working knowledge of electronics, mechanics semiconductor equipment maintenance and troubleshooting procedures. Possess excellent interpersonal skills such as active listening, problem solving, facilitation, working with all levels of the organization, ability to influence, as well as work effectively and meet deadlines. Demonstrate exceptional process knowledge, and be able to interpret technical data, operating and maintenance instructions, and company specifications.
Required Skills - Able to push/pull/lift with exertion up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally and /or 50 lbs. of force frequently. Long periods of standing and walking. Various movements including climbing, balancing, sitting, stooping, crouching, crawling, reaching, handling, feeling, and gripping. Handling of toxic, corrosive, or flammable chemicals. May need to work in wet environment. May need to work in small spaces. Use of personal protective equipment may be required, such as but not limited to safety glasses, gloves, and safety shoes. If necessary, may need to wear respiratory protection.
Preferred Skills - Hands on experience able to assist/train reports. Supervisory or Leadership experience, Semiconductor, High-Tech, Cleanroom, familiar with the special requirements of advanced equipment/processes.
This position is an on-site position with an annual salary range from $135,000.00 to $150,000.00 depending on education and experience.
