Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and possess strong communication skills. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you can utilize your automotive repair knowledge and sales skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with inquiries and purchases.
- Utilize automotive repair knowledge to advise customers on appropriate products or services.
- Maintain accurate product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
- Process sales transactions using POS systems.
- Assist in stocking and organizing inventory.
- Engage in multilingual customer interactions to enhance customer experience.
- Notify parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials needed.
- Pull orders for delivery to customers or dealers.
- Follow up on back-ordered parts.
- Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on a work order/receive payments from customers.
- Set up stock orders.
- Ability/eager to learn.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in math for accurate transactions and inventory management.
- Strong phone etiquette skills for effective communication with customers.
- Ability to negotiate sales and promote products effectively.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Knowledge of market trends to recommend products or services tailored to customer needs.
- AG/Outdoor power equipment experience.
