Required Education: Associate's Degree or Two years of job related work experience or a combination of education and experience equal to 2 years. Required Work Experience: 3 years administrative support experience. . SCA Role: Required pay rate is $22.56 Onsite everyday Acceptable hours are 7-4, 8-5, 9-6. They can slide, but must be here for core hours 9-4. Must be a good communicator, attention to detail, and good work ethic. Previous administrative experience with preferred experience with PREQ, invoicing and travel planning. (Will still review them if they don’t have this experience). Required Technologies: Adobe, Microsoft products – Excel, Word, Teams Outlook Day to Day Administrative duties – processing invoices for payment, placing tickets for staff, organizing events – reserving rooms, etc, making travel arrangements, submitting expense reports. Soft Skills: Communication, collaborative, self-motivated. The Team: Small administrative support team of 3 supporting a large division of ~400 people with 7 directors. Entry level candidates are okay as long as they meet the min requirements of the job
