JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Rhode Island Department of Education is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Grants Project Specialist to oversee the completion and submission of a federal Education Innovation and Research grant. This grant focuses on the effectiveness of work-based learning in computer science education. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, data analysis, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the development and submission of the federal Education Innovation and Research grant proposal.
- Collaborate with educators, stakeholders, and team members to gather data and insights on work-based learning in computer science.
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to support grant objectives and outcomes.
- Prepare and maintain detailed budgets and financial reports related to the grant.
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and guidelines throughout the grant process.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders on project
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
