- Maintain accurate records through data entry and ensure all patient information is up-to-date in the system.
- Collaborate with medical office staff to resolve patient issues promptly.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette at all times.
- Assist in managing appointment scheduling and follow-up calls as needed.
