What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Clerk position at Sumeru INC?
GENERAL PURPOSE: Provide clerical support to all members of Human Resources with a primary responsibility for filing employee records.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
· Maintains employee personnel files.
· Assists in the organization of interdepartmental paperwork.
· Creates new employee orientation packets.
· Copies forms and other documents as needed.
· Assists with projects as required.
· Performs other job duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D.
· Must be able to be discreet and adhere to strict confidentiality policies.
· Must be able to perform job duties with minimal supervision.
· Must be able to maintain good attendance.
· Must have mathematical ability to perform calculations required by the job.
· Must be computer literate including the ability to maintain basic databases, do word processing, create and maintain spreadsheets using Excel.
· Must be well-organized and able to manage time efficiently.
· Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
· Must have a professional appearance.
· Must be able to perform all essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
