Job Purpose
- Work as a High-Performance Team member supporting all aspects of team performance to produce a high-quality product in a safe environment while complying to all Haleon policies and procedures in accordance with FDA regulations
Key Responsibilities
- Describe the key deliverables to be achieved by the post holder and the ongoing responsibilities of the role
- Comply with and support the Haleon Environmental, Health and Safety policies and
procedures.
- Achieve Performance target for Packaging Lines. Perform specific task assigned by Packaging Leadership or designee.
- Participate in RCA for deviations.
- Participate in RCA for problems/breakdowns that occur on equipment.
- Perform and assist with preventative maintenance and autonomous maintenance on
packaging production lines.
- Perform and assist with packaging production lines change overs to meet department
needs.
- Perform and assist with 5S and cleaning activities to always meet good manufacturing
practices.
Educational Background
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent; some college
Area of Specialization
- 1-5 years of experience in a cGMP/ GMP production environment/ Education Technical degree or certification preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $19.35 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
